We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in IT, with excellent communication and customer service skills, an awareness of confidentiality and someone who uses their initiative.
- Support of PC’s and Laptops
- Support of desktops, Sage and Telecom issues
- Logging support calls and escalating where appropriate
- Purchasing software licences
- Asset management
- Order hardware from agreed suppliers
- Prioritise support cases, dealing with business-critical issues
- Manage and implement minor programming requirements
