1st Line Support Analyst - Sheffield
1st Line Support Analyst. Sheffield. £18,000 – £25,000 dependent on experience
Due to continuous growth, our Sheffield based client is looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join their busy helpdesk. You will act as the first point of contact for any IT related queries and be responsible for providing support and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- A genuine interest in IT
- IP addressing
Our client would prefer someone with previous IT experience; however if you have a genuine interest within IT your application will still be considered. This role would suit someone from a helpdesk / call centre environment who wants to take their first step into the world of IT.
