3rd LINE SUPPORT ENGINEER- £30k – GLOUCESTER

Tasks:

  • Working with the Service Desk team on escalated issues, support and knowledge transfer
  • Providing 3rd line support via escalations from Service Desk, as part of change delivery or in response to direct requests from the custom
  • Working with team members and the Senior Management Team on complex issues and incidents to provide appropriate service and resolution to the client
  • Identifying the root cause of issues and, where appropriate, advising on suitable solutions or resolving as required

Skills Required:

  • Windows 7,8 and 10.
  • Windows Server 2008 / 2012
  • MS Exchange Server 2013 / 2016
  • Networking – LAN, WAN, firewalls
  • Wireless networks
  • Understanding of ITIL best practices
  • Virtualisation – VMware / Hyper-V
  • Office 365
