Change Manager required with a career understanding of Change Management Methods and Strategies required for this confidential major corporation. You are an ambitious, flexible and influential individual with a keen understanding of Change and Transformation Management. You understand how Change is best communicated, executed and measured. You realise Change can be difficult for organisations but your influencing skills, ability to workshop problems and your eye for detail will assist you to ensure the organisation can accept, embrace and move through Change.
You are an aspiring individual, perhaps with a career with an external Change / Transformation / Transition Consultancy or in a similar large-scale complex Corporation. It is also likely you have a degree in an appropriate subject which may be beneficial to this application. The key though, is your understanding of Change, your ability to freely discuss concepts such as Planning, Continuous Improvement, Agility, Collaboration and Empowerment and other Change methods and demonstrable ability to deliver.
