Service Desk Analyst – Permanent – Mansfield- £25k

As a leading services provider our client prides themselves on keeping up to date with the latest technologies including VMware among others.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated with the ability to identify priorities and manage multiple workloads and projects. Attention to detail is a must with a methodical and professional approach to technical support. VMware is the most important skill required for this role as lots of the work will involve virtualisation.
Essential Technical skills required:
·HPE Networking (SAN switches and LAN switches)
·Windows Server 2016, 2012 and 2008
·Active Directory, ADFS, Group Policy
·TCP/IP, VLAN, switching, routing and firewall configuration, VPN and WAN environments
·Backup technologies such as Veeam/Arcserv
