Large corporation seeks professional support analyst with at least 12 months experience in a professional support environment. Reporting to the Help Desk supervisor, you will work in a small dedicated team, providing excellent support to this business. Sometimes you will be desk-based, other times you will be required to visit the user to fix the issue.
- Good track record of providing support to all levels within the business
- Windows 7 / 10 ideal as would some Mac O/S
- Citrix or Remote Desktop support experience scores points
- Any networking experience would be cool
- Ability to configure smartphones etc
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent NVQ demonstrates keen desire to progress
- Lots of training available – but your fundamental desire to over-deliver as a professional in this industry is more important than any specific skill.
