This large multi-million pound organisation seeks a Technical Support Specialist who will manage their own time, be very customer focused and responsible for resolving, analysing and fixing all technical support queries. Queries include Desktop, LAN, Connectivity issues and EPOS systems (training on EPOS available).
You are a naturally warm person comfortable dealing with other people in a very busy environment (which happens to have a really fun angle to it). You need to be able to prioritise and manage your own time and have the ability to make cold judgments on the spot. The whole essence of this role is to make sure that you “keep the lights on” when the money is coming in.
Major Points will score for fast paced retail, events, entertainment centres etc. More house points for Epos, PDA’s, POS.
