Job: VB .NET DEVELOPER/SOFTWARE SUPPORT

VB.NET DEVELOPER/SOFTWARE SUPPORT. Northamptonshire. Circa £ 25k – £ 35k + Benefits Package, Permanent. The role would also suit a candidate with two years plus experience. 

This role is a split between 80% support & 20% development, supporting a bespoke ERP system developed using VB.NET & VB6. You will assist with problem solving of system issues in VB.NET, VB6 & SQL Server.

The role is hands-on, requiring good communication and technical skills. You will be responsibility for the day-to-day support of software, communications and desktops in central and remote offices.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED: 

VB .NET
SQL Server 2000/2005
Desirable to have VB6 development experience
Excellent written and spoken English
